About The Role - Head of Retail & E-commerce Operations

A high level and strategic role heading operations of the business; and is integral part for the Love, Bonito success in Indonesia. You will be responsible to head these four departments: Retail Ops, Customer Care, Warehouse and Logistic. Making sure that we are always at our edge in operational innovation and efficiencies, improvement of process and standards throughout. In LB we believe that Operation is the foundation and core to the scalability of the business. As we have big exciting expansion plans for the next 3 years, this role will need to be filled with someone who loves great challenge and have the expertise in this field. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Indonesia and Head of Operations Innovation in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Love, Bonito’s operations and retail through this exhilarating expansion phase..

Main Responsibility

Overall Responsibilities
    • Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of staff, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the department.
    • Heading retail to ensure all retail standards uphold the highest standards of SOP, service-level and LB values- making sure its aligned with our ethos & regional standards.
    • Create & enhance the operational procedures, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, etc.
    • Equipped with proficient skill & ample knowledge on the core business systems, such as website platform, CRM, WMS & ERP. This proficiency will aid extensively in leading every areas of the whole Operations Departments.
    • Develop metrics to assess logistics/fulfillment performance, including delivery fulfilment rate, on-time-delivery, capacity utilization, freight and last-mile costs to optimize service to customers while minimizing costs.
    • Supports the ongoing development, refinement and maintenance of standard and departmental operating procedures (SOPs) for the 4 departments above.
Retail Ops
    • Creating strategic plan and roadmap for retail expansion for the business.
    • Revamp the retail SOPs and processes, giving the best approach that will benefit the team and other stakeholders.
    • Pointing out problematic areas and seek to constantly improve for policies, procedure and internal processes.
    • Constant innovation in balancing both sales and customer experience; making LB the most-wanted brand in town.
    • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
    • Analyze store performance and feeding relevant information to other departments such as merchandising, BI and marketing
    • Liaise with Area Managers & Supervisors to facilitate daily in-store operations such as: inbound & outbound of goods, general affairs, operations SOPs.
    • Hire and train team members to give the LB experience for the customers. Making sure all the retail staff embodies the brand and its vision.
    • Work closely with P&C department in staff recruitment, training & grooming, and performance review
Warehouse & Logistics
    • Liaise with Warehouse Supervisor on daily order fulfillment (both customers & stores), inbound & outbound of goods, coordinating the storage, etc
    • Create SOP for goods handling such as receiving, stock keeping, picking & packing
    • Monitor inventory flow & distribution, ensure best practice on Inventory Management & stock accuracy
    • Plan & Monitor package handling, delivery schedules & transportation
Customer Care
  • Direct & Liaise with Customer Care Supervisor in handling day-to-day activities such as: order processing, Customers inquiries & complaint, problem solving cases, reports & data tracking
  • Plan major innovations & strategic approach on Customer’s handling & acquisition
  • Improve customer service experience, create engagement and facilitate organic growth
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards as well as Customer Care Handbook & training module

Main Responsibility

Project Lead & Strategist
    • Leading the creative team for new brand & initiative in place
    • Maintaining an editorial calendar and delegate all necessary scope of work

  • Aiding in store opening and store VM for new season/layout making sure all store visuals are maintaining store guidelines

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.
